WHY US?
We’re Betty and Scott Taylor of WP Support Plan by Ladder Creative LLC.
When we started building websites, we realized that many website owners didn’t know that doing regular WordPress core, theme, and plugin updates was essential to keep their site functioning over time. We were suprised at how many sites did not have a backup plan, and heard from people who had lost their website because of a technical problem or a hack. We decided that we wouldn’t let that happen to our clients, so we provided hosting and maintenance for the WordPress sites that we build. Now those services are available to a wider audience as WP Support Plan.
